The New Home Gallery is a first of it's kind in the nation resource to
assist consumers in the home buying or building process. Developers, builders
and suppliers have come together to display and market their services to the
public in this one convenient location. It's all right here!
The MOBA New Home Gallery is housed on the lower level of the Metro
Omaha Builders Association building. This 4,000 sq.ft.
facility includes a Consumer Resource Library providing hundreds of
publications and information on home building, green building, remodeling,
technology products and more.
An on-site computer center is available to visitors of the New Home
Gallery wanting to find additional information on developments, home sites,
builders, homes and services in the metro-Omaha area.
Developers in the New Home Gallery provide consumers with information
on lots, school district, amenities and services their development has to
offer and what businesses are located near the development.
Builders will be able to feature their homes in a way that has never
been available to consumers before. Photos of interior and exterior designs
along with builder bios, will make choosing your builder a much easier
process.
Many building industry services, suppliers and subcontractors are
featured in the New Home Gallery. From
appliances to windows and mortgages to interior design, it's all here in one
comfortable and convenient location.
Some exhibits will be fitted with flat screen TVs providing continuous
information about the services they represent, others will showcase plot
plans, blueprints and photos as well as information about their companies. A
Kids Korner is also available with "building" as
its main play theme.
The New Home Gallery hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Closed weekends.
